Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you, and I kindly ask for your understanding regarding my cancellation policy, which is essential for the sustainability of my small business. 

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or changes; otherwise, a fee of 25% of the booked service will be applied. 

If changes are made within 24 hours, the fee increases to 50%.

 Additionally, each appointment may only be rescheduled once. While I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, fees will only be waived in cases of genuine emergencies.
